Escrow Fees

Our neutral banking facility (Escrow provider) charges Customer users a small transaction fee to store and protect their money safely. Customer users are charged EACH TIME they fund a work package wallet via a secure bank wire payment. The fee incurred depends on the value of the payment made into each wallet, they are calculated at 1.5% of the top of the price bracket as listed below. Please note that all international transactions incur an additional transaction fee of £5.00 per payout. 

No payments are made within the Kiistone app. Payment details are provided within the app, then the user makes a bank transfer from within own bank account.
